SYNOPSIS
This workshop is entirely about you who are serious about finding your unique talent, gaining self-awareness of your own ability and lead yourself to long term success.
According to UNESCO, the number of graduates for next 15 years will equal to the number of graduates throughout human history. How do you prepare yourself during global economic crisis, companies downsizing, plunging rate of unemployment and academic inflation?
Your career success is no longer depends on "can you do a job" mindset anymore, it is rather about "how well can you do a job passionately" mindset where you will lead to a greater height of achievement and satisfaction in your professional, social and personal life.
While you might have neglected your unique talent and strengths throughout your educational development i.e. at school, colleges or universities, you may have thought your talent is not important and significant in achieving any career success. You might have given heavier priority to “what is hot career or industries?” or technical knowledge and skills. The truth be told, while you need those career indicators, technical knowledge and skills, the fact is your talent will drive how well you do a job or triumph in one career compare with thousands of the same graduate worldwide.
In tomorrow’s knowledge economy, you are not going to ‘make it’ solely by pushing yourself with hardwork and perseverance. Talent will revolutionize every institution in our society, whether government, businesses, political establishments, football clubs, NGOs, local communities and others. Although we have no idea how the future will be shaped in the new knowledge economy, something for certain is, human imagination, creativity and innovation will lead us to frontiers of new technologies, new ways of life or even perhaps a new civilization. The only way to be part of the Talent Revolution is by putting human eco-system in place including meaningful educational experience while celebrating individual human potentials at it best.
At individual level, in order to succeed in Talent Revolution, you have to revolutionize your own talent first. Only by celebrating your unique talent and strengths, you will have the conviction and sense of purpose that your celebrated talent will lead you to success and the rest is the details.
